Office Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule appointments during the following hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.


We look forward to seeing you at your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. In today’s busy world, we understand that people sometimes forget their appointments. We have your best interest in mind and would like to make sure all of your dental needs are met. Our time with each patient is very valuable. When patients do not show up for their scheduled appointments, it leaves us with little or no time to offer that appointment to other patients in need of immediate dental care. Please be considerate of our time and the needs of other patients. We reserve the right to charge a fee for repeated lack of courtesy.

Also, if you are running late for your appointment, please have the courtesy to call the office as soon as possible and let us know.


Although we are not a participating provider for dental insurance companies, we would be glad to file your dental insurance paperwork on your behalf. We request full payment for services rendered at the time of your appointment. Any reimbursement from your dental insurance company will be paid to you directly.

If you have any questions about your dental coverage, we can file a pre-treatment estimate with your insurance company, or you can call them directly for coverage information.
