I am a 74 year old man with Parkinsons Disease, and a patient of Dr Tyler Mistr. I did not begin my dental history in the best of ways in that when I was about 10, my first dentist, without any warning, removed all my first teeth in one go. They were booked as extractions, and he was eventually sent to prison for defrauding the UK National Health Service. During my adult life I have lived in rural areas as well as cities, mainly London and San Francisco, which has brought me into contact with numerous dentists. Some were good, some not so good, some good but chaotic, some chaotic and not so good, but after my childhood experience, I was just grateful to have my treatment and escape without any intervening oral catastrophe. That all changed when I was introduced to Dr Mistr in about 2009. Dr Mistr is courteous in a way I had never experienced in the dental world. He is highly professional in his work for which he clearly has a passion. He is patient, meticulous, and always takes the time to explain what he has done or is about to do. He exudes confidence in his work but in a relaxed manner. (On one occasion I actually fell asleep while he was drilling!) When I was training as a lawyer, my then principal told me that I should make every client feel that they were the only client I had. That is Dr Mistr. If you are looking for a dentist, and if he is accepting new patients, look no further. I have only given him 5 stars because there was no space for 6.
For my daughter’s first dentist appointment I could not have asked for a better experience. She is almost 3 and was a little hesitant at first but Dr. Bollinger and Joanne were patient and made it a fun experience. We will definitely be going back!
Dr Mistr is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Brittany did a great job assisting him and it was painless. Luanne is a fantastic dental hygienist. Nanci always makes you feel welcome. This truly is a five star operation that really cares about your dental health.
I Love everyone in this group, professional while also maintaining an extremely comfortable and super friendly atmosphere. I always tell my husband how much fun I have at the dentist, Something I have never said about any other dental practice! They explain everything they’re doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Mistr really cares for his patients and takes time with them to care for their needs. I’ve been going to him for about 15 years and am more impressed and thankful each time. Having my teeth cleaned with Lu Ann is like having coffee with a good friend! She is very personable, friendly, compassionate and caring. This is really a family dentistry.
Dr. B. and her staff are excellent. I am new to the Winchester area. Through the years I have been to several fine dentists in NJ where I used to live. However, every time I visit Dr. B’s office not only do I receive great dental care but I also learn something new to improve my oral care/health. I would recommend this dental office without hesitation.
I traveled from Staunton VA. because i had heard Dr. Mistr was very good I was not disappointed. From the moment I stepped into the office, till I was checking out was one of the best experience I have every had. Caring staff beyond any one expectations. Dr. Mistr took time explained all options, with such a professional approach and a caring attitude. Well worth the travel.
I took my elderly mom to see Dr. Bollinger for the first time and she was very pleased. Dr. Bollinger listened to her and worked to help solve her issues. Very pleasant and friendly office staff and a great visit. Thank you Dr. Bollinger for being so great and friendly with my mom and making her feel like a person and not just another client.
My daughter and I have gone to Dr Mistr for years. We have had the fortune of having Lou Anne as our dental hygienist. I never thought that going to the dentist would feel like visiting with family. Every one is very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone living in the Winchester area.

I’m Dr. Mistr’s patient (who is a wonderful dentist) but he had to schedule me to see Dr. Bollinger because I had a dental emergency while he was on vacation. She fit me in the next business day and quickly repaired my tooth. Dr. Mistr, Dr. Bollinger, and their staff are very skilled, kind, personable , and meticulous with their dental work. Both doctors are an excellent choice to be your family dentist!
I have being going to Doctor Mistr for several years now. Doctor Mistr and Joanne are the best! They are very professional and they do outstanding work. On top of all that, I actually look forward to going to the dentist, it is like catching up with old friends. I would highly recommend their entire office.

Dr. Mistr and his staff are the absolute best! My wife and I previously had some poor dental experiences in the Winchester area, but were so happy to find such an honest and highly competent Dentist in Dr. Mistr. Lisa is a wonderful hygienist as well. Always very friendly, and did a fantastic job with my 4 year old daughter for her first cleaning! My entire family will be patients here for life!

I love my dentist (Dr Bollinger) and LouAnn (hygienist). They are very thorough and do an excellent job of taking care of my teeth. I’ve had an implant done there and have had my teeth cleaned for several years there.
Dr Nancy is the sweetest dentist ever!!!! I was scared to death when I learned my 7 year old had a few cavities:( I knew they didn’t use gas and everyone was telling me it’s a must with children. Dr Nancy and Kim were so kind and patient. There was absolutely no need for anything but the numbing gel. By the last app Dr Nancy was showing my daughter what all the teeth were on the computer and taking silly pictures! Its official they are bffs 😂 It’s amazing what keeping calm and having patience will do. I cannot thank them enough ! ❤️
I drive from Washington, DC to Winchester so that I can keep going to Dr. Mistr. He is the best dentist I have ever had (by a significant margin) and his staff is great, too. Exceptionally talented, professional, and nice.

A very professional atmosphere. All my questions were answered. It's nice to have a television to listen to, especially during a long procedure. Hygiene is clearly observed. I watched Mr. Mistr change his gloves at least six times why attending to my needs

Dr. Bollinger has taken care of my teeth for over 10 years. Always the happy, positive force in the office, she makes going to the dentist a great experience. She is the perfect mix of professional, fun and detail oriented. She has incredible skills and her experience shows. Her staff are always so friendly and helpful and also fun.
